At Poole Bay Building Co it has been our pleasure to have worked closely with a large number of customers on a wide range of projects.

We have carried out an extensive range of diverse building projects over recent years which includes an award winning listed building redevelopment of the Hamworthy First School, exceptional new build developments at Tuckers Lane and Dorchester Road and countless modern property alterations and extensions projects across Dorset and West Hampshire.

In 2017 we completed a wide range of projects including the redevelopment of The edge restaurant into 2 luxury penthouse appartments and a new development of 5 new build properties in Cabot Lane in Poole

Pine Breeze, The Avenue

In Febrbruary 2020 we completed the exclusive development of 12 luxury 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the sought after location of The Avenue in Poole. This stunning modern development is set in surprisingly spacious grounds.

Studland Dene Redevelopment

In 2017 Poole Bay Building Co completed the full redevelopment of The Edge restaurant into 2 luxury 3 bedroom penthouse apartments. These luxury appartments are located in the highly sought after area of Alum Chine in Poole, Dorset.

Each of these stunning apartments include:

Cabot Lane New Builds Project

In September 2017 Poole Bay Building Co completed the project of 3 terraced and 2 detached new build properties in Cabot Lane, Poole, Dorset.

These properties were built to a very high standard and were sold on completion in September 2017.

All these properties included

Hamworthy First School Project

In 2014 Poole Bay Building Co completed an award winning redevelpoment of the vacant Hamworthy First School listed building into 4 exceptional 2 bedroom town houses.

We started the project in November 2013 and all four of the properties were sold on completion in May 2014.

As part of the development each of the properties were completed in the same traditional style of the school to help preserve its history. The homes were opened by the Mayor Of Poole in June 2014.

Dorchester Road Project

In January 2015 Poole Bay Building Co completed a luxury new build project in Dorchester Road, Upton.

The luxury development included 4 stunning 3 bedroom new build properties.

All four properties were sold on completion in February 2015

Tuckers Lane Project

In April 2013 Poole Bay Building Co started a project at Tuckers Lane in Hamworthy for the development of 6 new build semi detached properties.

The 6 3 bedroom semi detached properties were all sold on completion in October 2013.

Branksome Chine Extension

In February 2016 we completed a modern extension overlooking the beach 10 metres x 5 metres at Branksome Chine.

This was quite a challenging build including a new kitchen and dining room on a sloping site. The whole area has a blanket coverage Tree Preservation Order and the client was not allowed to have a traditional build due to possible tree root damage and weight problems.

The exterior of the building has cedar cladding as does the decking to match. The kitchen has underfloor heating and is very modern and well thought out.
