In 2014 Poole Bay Building Co completed an award winning redevelpoment of the vacant Hamworthy First School listed building into 4 exceptional 2 bedroom town houses. Each of the properties were completed in the same traditional style of the school to help preserve its history. The homes were opened by the Mayor Of Poole in June 2014.

Hamworthy School Redevelopment

In 2014 Poole Bay Building Co completed an award winning redevelpoment of the vacant Hamworthy First School listed building into 4 exceptional 2 bedroom town houses.

We started the project in November 2013 and all four of the properties were sold on completion in May 2014.

As part of the development each of the properties were completed in the same traditional style of the school to help preserve its history. The homes were opened by the Mayor Of Poole in June 2014.
