In February 2016 we completed a modern 10 metres x 5 metres extension over looking the beach at Branksome Chine.
This was quite a challenging build including a new kitchen and dining room on a sloping site. The whole area has a blanket coverage Tree Preservation Order and the client was not allowed to have a traditional build due to possible tree root damage and weight problems. We were able to overcome the problem by building a piled and cantilevered re-enforced concrete slab base with a SIPS built single story extension on it.
The exterior of the building has cedar cladding as does the decking to match. The kitchen has underfloor heating and is very modern and well thought out. The clients are delighted with it and will be pleased to discuss the finish of the building and recommend our workmanship.
