We have a wealth of experience in most aspects of building, from large apartment blocks to single nu-build properties, alterations, extensions and renovations.

We are able to advise on the sustainable building issues combined with the inclusion of energy-saving design features in the houses we build, these features include Photo Voltaic Systems, Solar Powered Water Heating, Under-floor Heating and Rainwater Harvesting Systems.

As part of our service we offer building advice, we can visit the site to discuss your requirements and if you have a set of plans with Building Regulations approval we will give you a detailed fixed price quotation all at no cost to you.

We consider the health and safety of our employees and the general public to be of paramount importance. Our H + S policy follows guidance from the Health and Safety Executive and can be viewed by the relevant parties upon request.

Poole Bay Building Co can cover building projects within Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs, Schools, Community Centres and the like. We have experience of working in occupied premises to restricted timescales and outside of our normal working hours of 8am to 5pm and can guarantee that all of our construction work will be carried out in a professional, clean, safe and very prompt manner.

In Febrbruary 2020 we completed our latest project the exclusive development of 12 luxury 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the sought after location of The Avenue in Poole. This stunning modern development is set in surprisingly spacious grounds. The Avenue is a celebrated location and this is the first brand new block of apartments to be built here in recent memory.
